You can save over $2.00 a lb. You send your deposit and make an appointment to show up at the ranch. You pick your beef ready for slaughter that day from what's available.
You process the animal.
Here's how it works:
We do the kill and help you with the skinning and quartering.
You take home the quarters and process them.
You save $0.75 a lb on the hanging weight of the beef and over $1.25 a lb
for processing AND saw the cost of the kill fee.
You bring your own knives. We have ours plus the ability to quarter.
A 15 cubic foot freezer or larger is recommended to hold an entire steer.
